This first weekend of November is packed with goodness. Headliners include Airiel, Wisp, Cloakroom, deary (pictured above), Leaving Time, Sungazer, Little Oso, The Whisperer, Oeil, Wires to the Temples, and Copperplate (in a DKFM exclusive, no less!). But there’s so much more on offer this weekend, including cuts from the new EEP album, You Don’t Have To Be Prepared. It’s a bit of a turn from their last record, but it’s deep, engaging, heartfelt. We’re also keen on new sounds from Dottie, Sea Lemon, Flowerbed, Wishy, Left Iris, Moodlighting, Echo of the Low Light, Mayflower Madame and more! We’ve got more music than weekend, as usual, will do our level best to get it all in.

And all that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Trauma Ray, Pure Hex, Relay Tapes, She’s In Parties, Springloader, Brief Candles, Momma, Glimmer, The Blue Herons, Seko, Farewell Days, WYBIE, Lone Seagull, After Daylight, Georgian, pure and to magnify, The Silent Era, Venus in Arms, Ural Mountains, Velvet, Movieland, Stubai, Phantogram, Strawberry Lust 梦莓 and more. It’s a great way to spend a weekend of new music discovery!

New Tracks Weekend is begun at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Live365, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Limited beta: we’re now up on Mixcloud Live, website AND app, if that’s a thing you’d dig. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
