DJ Steve is a seasoned radio announcer and musicologist. His lifelong fondness for all types of music turned into a ferocious curiosity and craving which led him on path down a long and winding musical trail. He eventually arrived to the pearly gates of Shoegaze heaven, and has never looked back. A late bloomer to the Shoegaze genre, DJ Steve has since devoted his time, skills and talents, not only to entertain, but also to educate and enlighten listeners and introduce them to the fantastic world of Shoegaze. As the host of Static Waves, he brings fresh energy and enthusiasm to DKFM.
