PACKED, and thrilled for it. We’re rolling out the new and breaking sounds from a host of known and new artists this weekend, not the least of which is Barcelona’s Salvana (pictured above). You’ve heard them teased on our air in the past week, by The Shoegaze Collective AND Melomania Safety Zone. But we’ll be going all in, promoting a deep dive into the album, showing why it’s such a triumph. We’re also celebrating the release of Slow Glows’ But What Do I Know LP, unlocked today. So much more… new Tombstones in Their Eyes, Resplandor, Sadfields, Raavi, The Blue Herons, Wulven, Spirits of Leo, Pit Pony, Soft Powder, BLOOD PICK ME, Phantom Handshakes, Electra Complex, Holy Coves, Alcatune, Pipiolas, Lauds, A.O. Gerber and much more. It’s what we do.

And that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Hatchie, The Earth Earth, SGO (formerly Syrup, Go On), Leem of Earth, Singing Gum, Love Chemical, Dottie, Haiku Garden, blindlace, Colatura, Annie Hamilton, Sofsky, Beverly Kills, Salvana, eunhadan, Lunavela, Taleen Kali, Spirits of Leo, The Guap Squad Gang and more! We’ve got the weekend covered.

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Icecast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Limited beta: we’re now up on Mixcloud Live, website AND app, if that’s a thing you’d dig. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support.
