We are fully loaded with fresh sounds for the hot summer weekend! First among headliners: Palm Haze, Calmly, Lightning Bug (the ONE single you MUST hear if you’re a DKFM listener), and NEWMOON returns with a softer (but perhaps even more compelling) sound. Topping all else, the new release from St. Petersburg’s SPRING WINDS, who’d teased us with credible single last year. Now they’ve brought proof of mastery, in the form of their new “Sway” EP. But we can’t stop, won’t stop there. We’ve got new music from breakout artists BLUNDERBUSST and Day Aches, plus Dotsun Moon, The Foxfires, Space Waves, Tokyo Tea Room, Japanese Heart Software and more. Plus we’ve got choice cuts from the new Tearjerker LP, and the first three singles from The Ascent of Everest, the forthcoming release on the Hammock Music Label. We’re packed to the rafters!

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others.
