More than fifty brand new tracks, sorted and rotation-weighted, to get the balance right. And we’re thrilled to be able to present it to you. As for headliners? We’ve got the advance on the new album from Uniforms (pictured above): Trance is due 3 March, and it’s a more-than-welcome return to glory from these Seville, Spain sonic standouts. We’ll tease you with some choice cuts in anticipation of the full LP release. Additional headliners include Redbud (deft dream pop of the highest caliber), the new collaboration between Triangle Rain Club and Always Other shines, Leem of Earth capitalizes on early promise, Softcult simply can’t stop winning, and Osnova has released a compelling new single that demands your attention. Plus we’re here to celebrate the newest releases from T. G. Shand, Kid Tigrrr, Slide, The Age of Colored Lizards, Southpacific, Nausicaa, cruush, LAPÊCHE, Coming Up Roses, Astronomies, Indoxables, plus choice cuts from the new Sunnbrella, CEREMONY east coast, and The Backlash releases (the latter on Shore Dive Records) and more. It’s a lot.

And that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Megumi Acorda, terraplana, So Totally, Crystal Canyon, Distressor, Mazey Haze, No Vacation, Anajunno, Fun With Ether, The Virginia Planes, Babaganouj, Japanese Heart Software, American Levitation Co., Ghosts on TV, Baby Cool, Chatham Rise, Give Up To Failure, Growing Pains, Nothing Natural, Old Friends, Edna Frau, profguyer, Snakes and Spiders, Tombstones In Their Eyes, and so much more. We’ve got your new music discovery covered.

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Icecast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Limited beta: we’re now up on Mixcloud Live, website AND app, if that’s a thing you’d dig. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
