We’re PACKED in with new music from around the globe, and sprinkling in some underappreciated classics. It’s the turn of the calendar month, and we couldn’t be more prepared. We’ve got the newest music from Mumrunner, Remington Super 60, Arde Pluton, Plastic Ideas, Crisman, fibril, Drowsy, Gold Gage, draag, Folian, Heavytrip, Lúa Gramer, Mint Julep, Nax, Monad, neyemia grue, Pastel Coast, my violainé morning, Peel Dream Magazine, Ridgeway, Silent Run, Seablite, Timelost, Strawberry Generation, Wild Nothing, Sicayda, and Wilsen. Plus, we reach back into the archives for recent classics from Tombstones in their Eyes (pictured above), who this week celebrate announcement of the vinyl release of Maybe Someday. Red vinyl, limited run, and the first vinyl issue from SomewhereCold Records, available here. Couldn’t happen to a better bunch!

And all of that is in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Videograms, Flowerbed, Ellis, Ousel, Fawning, Iress, Midpoint Union, Mayflower Madame, Grave Saddles, Ill Spector, Palm Ghosts, POPULARDAYS, Mint Julep, Postcards, Snarls, White Flowers, увула, Temple of Angels and so much more. We got you!

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Shoutcast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
