In the last 24 hours, more new material came bouncing in than we knew what to do with, hence the slight delay. But we’re ready for all of it. This weekend’s headliners include standout cuts from deary, REZN, Callière, Daze (pictured above), LEAVS, smush, Autista, COLD GAWD, Glittermouth, Hayien, Phantom Handshakes, Lunar Vacation, and Wires to the Temples. But that’s just the tip of the sonic iceberg. We’re also celebrating new sounds from Kallai, HUMID, Vrangvendt, Shoegazer, Diary, Crimson Whisper, Dream Pop, Bluhm, aktadiri, Memories Fading, Lemonade Shoelace and more. Once again, it’s more music than weekend to spin it in. We’ll do our best.
And all that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Sungaze, Distressor, Sparkler, Mental Map, Wishy, Copperplate, Alice Creek, Ringing, Doused, Oeil, Cling Ring, Three Quarter Skies, Slow Salvation, Rinse, Muted Color, lil dirtbag, Honeywave, Flicker Vertigo, Fleeting Colours, chirrp., Cairo Station, Beige Walls and No Roof, and Russian Baths. We’ll try to provide the soundtrack for your impending heatstroke.
New Tracks Weekend is begun at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others.
