New weekend, wash away the old week, and dig deep into the fresh earth: that’s our mission this weekend, and we’ve got some stellar sonic sparkles unearthed for your pleasure. Headliners include the return of Kyiv’s Milktuth (pictured above), with another purely winning track (and a cover with Ukrainian barricades, just to remind you what’s important in the world). But we’ve got depth: new sounds from Beach Fossils, Futureheaven, Hazel English, Zoon, Blue Lupin, The Crush, Body of Leaves, Sun Shines Cold, eyewash, BRIDE, Hollow Street, Céus de Abril, Money, Gae Vinci, Death of Heather, Flora Lux Victoria, Big Jupiter, Money, The Mary Onettes and so so so much more. We’d stake our reputations on this weekend’s new sounds.

And that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Flyying Colours, Collective Fear, Relay Tapes, Cryogeyser, hiçamahiç, Future Theory, Ultimos Glaciares, Spotlights, Royal Arch, Grimoires, Glia, Fur Aliah, Fazerdaze, Dopedrone, Frankie Rose, INTENTIONS and more. We’ll take care of the weekend tunes, keep you company all weekend.

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Icecast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Limited beta: we’re now up on Mixcloud Live, website AND app, if that’s a thing you’d dig. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
