So much to celebrate, so we’ll dive right into this weekend’s haul of new sounds to our airwaves. Headliners this weekend include Blushing, Spywell, Indoor Voices, Sakawa Boys, Outlander, Callière, Kid Tigrrr, and Soft Blue Shimmer (pictured above). That’s a solid front line. But we’re going so much deeper, with new sounds from Ultramarine, The Asteroid No.4, Standing Waves, Perpetual Void, HUMID, cool AF, delayed minds, Contour Waves, Hazelene (premiered on last week’s Aspirin Age), Silent Mass, Sugar Horse, and Adele Dazeem. There’s a lot to be sorted, and we’ll pack it in with every spare moment the weekend permits.

And all that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Softcult, Tincture, Skeever, Roving, Quiet Houses, Rat Palace, Our Girl, No Vacation, LAAVU, Kai Tak, Broken Head, Palm Ghosts, Adiós Cometa, Backwards Charm, Allwax, cathedral bells, glaring orchid, Crimson Whisper, Honeywave, Kindsight, nabeel (نبيل), otom, Salt+, The Essential Ether, WYWY, The Starling Effect, Blockbuster and more. Of course it’s a lot, but we’ll do what we can.

New Tracks Weekend is begun at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Live365, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Limited beta: we’re now up on Mixcloud Live, website AND app, if that’s a thing you’d dig. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
