We are stuffed to the gills with fresh and breaking tracks, and ready to serve while hot. Headliners include Soft Blue Shimmer (pictured above), who appear determined to assert themselves in the Top Albums of 2022 debate before the year comes to a close, with a platter packed with subtle yet crucial cuts, no slack from end to end. It’s simply outstanding in a field of lesser efforts, and this squad seems poised for mass adoption and next-level stardom. But we’re also keen on the new album from The Sorry Kisses, a charming slice of sonic heaven only hinted at by their lead single. Plus we’re pushing the latest EP from Sputnik Sweetheart (not yet on Bandcamp but not to be missed), choice cuts from cruush Whitelands, 4Vesta, Molly, Teletape, Bo Milli, GLARE, Carina Messier, all under heaven, Pam Risourié, JAUS, Hey Calamity, and choice cuts from the new Status Oblique LP. We’re hot, we’re fresh, and not irksome on extended holiday drives.

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific.
