Ear candy for Black Friday? We’ve got you covered. This weekend we’re proud to bring you new music from Whistlejacket that we’ve waited rather forever for, as well as choice cuts of Grade A Avalancher from The Cherry Wave, the newest from La Casa al Mare, Soft Wounds, VVHILE, The Hours, Mama’s Boys (from Israel, no less!), ??????(tokenai namae), I, Us, & We, Blonde Tongues, The Starlight Run, Dead Sea, The Past is Another Planet, reconstructed Echodrone and so much more!
In addition, we’ll be featuring many slick selections from the new Static Waves 3 collection via Saint Marie Records, with the added bonus of our favorite artists covering Slowdive classics. If you’re gonna do the holiday shopping thing this weekend, take us with you. We’ll be your oasis of calm amid the madness. And, yes, we’re still prominently featuring the new awesomeness from Youth In Bloom, The Yellow Traffic Light, Nothing, metronidazole buy online 200mg 800beloved, The Ropes, The Ocean Boy, Lost Girls, Last Leaf Down, Whirr, Wry, Weird, Dialogue from a Silent Film, and, well, the whole kitchen sink of newness.
8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continuing through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Live365 listeners: it’s your votes that count! Your thumbs-up / thumbs down ratings determine what is kept in permanent rotation. Listen via the Live365 station page at DKFM, on iTunes Internet Radio under “Eclectic”, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Latin America relay: try Radio Terra. And still commercial-free everywhere! You can even keep up with the new tracks and artists you may have missed: we’re live-scrobbling via our last.fm profile. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed.
We’ve got a lovely bunch of coconuts…
