We’re getting it set, locking it in, ready to entertain you all weekend, whatever your plans may be. Take us with you! We promise not to be too annoying. Our headliners this weekend include Beachy Head, and Softcult (pictured above): both are artists who threw out the traditional rule book, wrote their own. And we’re much the better for it. But we’re so much deeper than simply that! We’re spinning up fresh surprises and introducing you to artists like Zed Point, ARIMA, Semihelix, Nightjacket, Wednesday, Coral Grief, Xelli Island, boywithahalo, Answers, Lilith Cage, A Distant Shore, Stomp Talk Modstone, NGC2020, and Slowly. Let’s goooooo!

And that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, not promoted, but surely you heard plenty of them if you were tuned in last weekend: breaking tracks from Hazel English, THE EARTH EARTH, Glixen, and Lucid Express led the charge, with solid support from The Shallows, Doorbells, Color Crush, Gold Muse, ŽEN, Bubble Tea and Cigarettes, Keen Dreams, Casino Garden, ferrarilover and so much more. We’re loaded for excellence.

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Icecast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support
