New Tracks Weekend, February 24-26

Everything came out this week (or, today). No, really. Don’t know if you’d marked this date on your calendar, we sure hadn’t. But the heavens opened up, and spilled all these new releases all over us. An embarrassment of tuneage. New EPs from No Joy, Funeral Advantage, Kindling, and VENN. All that, this week. New LPs from Whimsical, King Woman and Froth. All that, this week. Plus we (finally) catch up with the new Novella LP, and trot out sparkly new tracks from Jay Som, Violentene, Hexagrams, Glasz, Galaxina, Starwheel, The Age of Colored Lizards, Folder, and the Soundcloud-only headliners (pictured above), December Flowers. All of the new, all this week.
That’s not to neglect last weekend’s new adds, including The Beremy Jets, Teen Divorce, The Death of Pop, Pure Morning, ????? ????, White Tulips, Tall Pines, Daydream Cathedral, Seventeen Years, Terry vs. Tori, Shady Elders, Black Veils, Fawns of Love, highandfragile, Candace, Todavia, The Soft Spots, Schroeder, can you buy flagyl online Wozniak, My Pet Genius, and TBTCI Records’ impressive Slowdive compilation. We’re truly over-booked.
New Tracks Weekend kicks off 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continuing through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station page at DKFM,  on Shoutcast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOSAndroid and Blackberry. Or load up the “Internet Radio” tab of your iTunes desktop client, and you’ll find DKFM Shoegaze Radio under ‘Alternative’. You can even keep up with the new tracks and artists you may have missed: we’re live-scrobbling via our last.fm profile, and live-tweeting every track on our sub-Twitter DKFMTracks account. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!
And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
