Again, we are overpacked with fresh treats for your ears this weekend. Headliners with full albums to experience: TWEN (pictured above) bring an adventurous sonic detour, and easily shatter your expectations of what the genre is capable of with Awestruck; the long awaited LP from Pencey Sloe lands, with alluring hooks and sinister shimmer on Don’t Believe Watch Out; and Old Soul Dies Young explores sound and colour with Yandere. And that’s only the topline headlines. New music from Slowly enchants on the Reveal LP, and we’re deep into the newest releases from The Cherry Wave, Static Daydream, Youth, Spunsugar, Siyu, Reduction Plan, Medicine, Night Hikes, Ohio Mark, Majestic Horses, Los Marcianos, LACING, House of Harm, Gaarden, Dinosaur Girl, DIIV, Birthday Girl, Bedroom Eyes, Big Bite, Buona Sueño, Angel Aura, Alcest, MEDICINE, The Cordial Sins, Map, Solitude in Apathy, Glycerin, and MUCH more.

And that’s in addition to last weekend’s fresh sonic injections, including Vivian Girls, somesurprises, Say Sue Me, No Aloha, The Map Dept., Soccer Mommy, HIGH-LOW, etherpool, Lunar Vacation, Lavender, Errunhrd, Future Silence, Animal Ghosts, Audiobaton, Love Fade, Tombstones In Their Eyes, Pia Fraus, The Cult of Free Love, Magic Seas, Basement Revolver, Juliper Sky, Swervedriver and a whole lot more.

New Tracks Weekend is launched at 8 pm Eastern, 5 pm Pacific, and continues through Sunday at midnight Eastern, 9 Pacific. It’s the first weekend we’ll spin some of these tracks, and may be the last weekend for some others. Remember, you can listen listen via the station playlist page at DKFM, on Shoutcast, and on TuneIn Radio for iPhone/Android/Windows. Plus we have our branded apps for Apple’s iOS and Android: listeners can vote on all the new tracks, helping us determine what graduates to permanent rotation. Your voice counts! We’re live-scrobbling once again via last.fm. Now you’ll know what you heard, or catch up on what you missed. Keep up with our new Facebook group for some real-time discussions of what you’ve heard, and sound off!

And, as always, thanks for listening, and thank you for your support!
